Mobile Transmission Video System


With the development of modern science and technology and industry, the development of data acquisition system appear geographical diversification, data massively, acquisition environment complicate, and with the rapid development of network technology, local data collection has been unable to meet the needs of practical application. Therefore, we can combine computer technology and network technology to compose of distributive and networked data acquisition system. To achieve intelligent management, automatic protection, unmanned room and remote monitoring of diesel generator sets. According to the geographical diversification of installation location and the importance of generator sets application to achieve intelligent management, automatic protection, unmanned room and remote monitoring of diesel generator sets.

In order to save operating costs and remote monitoring the generator sets, can use wireless GSM mobile network to remote monitoring the generator sets, building a better, faster and safer wide area network platform. To achieve diesel generator set “three remote” functions, including monitoring all parameters of oil engine, such as: current, voltage, oil pressure, water temperature, rotate speed, power, etc. and state of the switch position (manual, shutdown, automatic), remote switch of oil engine, can be timely feedback to remote monitoring center if oil engine alarm, and the operator will be informed timely and know problem occurring, and measures will be taken to avoid the occurrence of accidents.

1.At the scene, generator set adding a set of intelligent control system, and parallel running with the original control system (remark: New control system as prime system, the original system as standby system). 
2.Remote terminal unit use wireless GSM network connect to generator sets system (remarks: dial-up to access the monitored generator through wireless MODEM), after successful connection, the remote terminal unit will display static and dynamic parameters of generator sets, and can remotely start and stop, display parameters shown below:


3. For mobile phone monitoring: dial-up to access the monitored generator set, the monitored generator set will feedback parameters to the mobile after received interrogation signal, display parameters shown below:

 



Introduction

     After startup the system is in wake pending status, require users to send text messages to activate, according to the previous setting parameters to automatically PPP dial-up and connection after activation. User data center set up a TCP link and automatically encapsulate the data from serial port to be TCP packets and send to the user's data center. After finish data transmission, data center instruction DTU offline, and back to wake pending status. See flowchart below:


Function Overview

1.Remote computer monitoring, use wireless GSM network to connect generator sets control system and monitoring center, to achieve real-time monitoring, parameter modification, reading record history of the generator sets. 


2.Mobile phone short message monitoring, communication through mobile phone SIM and generator SIM text message, real-time enquire generator set status.


3.The costs is SMS charge or call charge between the 2 SIM cards.
