1.At the scene, generator set adding a set of intelligent control system, and parallel running with the original control system (remark: New control system as prime system, the original system as standby system).
2.Remote terminal unit use wireless GSM network connect to generator sets system (remarks: dial-up to access the monitored generator through wireless MODEM), after successful connection, the remote terminal unit will display static and dynamic parameters of generator sets, and can remotely start and stop, display parameters shown below:
3. For mobile phone monitoring: dial-up to access the monitored generator set, the monitored generator set will feedback parameters to the mobile after received interrogation signal, display parameters shown below:
After startup the system is in wake pending status, require users to send text messages to activate, according to the previous setting parameters to automatically PPP dial-up and connection after activation. User data center set up a TCP link and automatically encapsulate the data from serial port to be TCP packets and send to the user's data center. After finish data transmission, data center instruction DTU offline, and back to wake pending status. See flowchart below:
